Wedding

A wedding day is often considered as one of the happiest moments in someone’s life. It is important for the people involved as it signifies the start of a new life together under the context of law and religion.

ULC of Texas will assist you in ensuring that perfect day is . . . well . . . perfect!  We will assist you with obtaining, completing and filing the marriage license with the Clerk of Court.

Texas Marriage License Rules

  • Marriage License Waiting Period: 3 Days
  • Marriage License Valid For: 90 Days
  • Marriage License Return Within: 10 Days

Once the marriage license is obtained and waiting period has passed, we will come to your special day with either a prepared ceremony or, after discussions with the couple, we can create a custom ceremony just for you.

It’s your special day, so it’s not up to us to decide if you want a traditional, non-traditional, religious, non-religious, boring or non-boring ceremony.  Whatever you decide, the ULC of Texas minister will strive to exceed your expectations.

Don’t forget, after the wedding you may want to change your name.  Visit our Name Change page for more information on changing your name.
